MINIMUM STAY SEVEN NIGHTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

  • DEPOSIT: upon  booking you will be asked to pay a confirmation deposit of € 250.00 per room. In order for the booking to be considered valid, you must wait for definitive confirmation of room/date availability from the hotel management.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE: in the case of early departure, the management will still charge you the full room rate for any unused booked days.
  • ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME: rooms will be available on the day of arrival from 2.30 p.m. (when possible they will be made available in the morning). Rooms must be vacated by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
HALF BOARD: 10% less than full board


SUPPLEMENTS
  • LUXURY ROOM: More welcoming and comfortable, with air conditioning, € 7.00 per room per day.

  • SPECIAL 3rd BED: Mid-season, from 30/05 to 09/08/10 inclusive and from 16/08 to 20/09/10. Pay a flat rate of € 19 per day for the third bed (€ 29 per day age 14 upwards).

  • Pre-School week:

    The week from 30.08 to 06.09.2010 is for families, children up to age 14 are completely free.
  • THE 1ST AUGUST IS FREE: upon booking the week from 2.08 to 09.08.10, you’ll have included the 1st august as completely free.

DISCOUNTS

  • 3rd BED: Children under 3: 75% - aged 3-8: 50% - aged 8-12 30% - over age 12: 20% - adults 20%.
  • 4th BED: 30%.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • SPECIAL 3rd BED: Mid-season, from 27/05 to 05/08/10 inclusive and from 19/08 to 16/09/10. Pay a flat rate of € 18 per day for the third bed (€ 28 per day age 12 upwards).
  • FAMILY PACKAGE: 2 adults and 2 children up to age 12 in the same room pay 3 full rates. From 27/05 to 05/08/10 and from 19/08 to 16/09/10, pay 2 full rates and one with a 20% discount.
  • FREE GIFTS: A free gift will be offered by the hotel management. Discounts and reductions cannot be accumulated.

CLUB CARD

  • OBLIGATORY, to be paid directly at the hotel. The charge is € 35,00 per person for the 1st week and € 15,00 for the 2nd week, from age 4 upwards. It includes: our very special daytime and evening entertainment, beach facilities with umbrella and two sun loungers per room, use of the swimming pool and common areas, Jacuzzi, games, tournaments, bicycles, tours and excursions at reduced prices.
    With the Club Card, children aged 4-12 can join the MINI-CLUB each morning from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and in the afternoons from 5-7.00 p.m.
