Abruzzo National Park
The National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise, inaugurated in 1922, is one of the oldest and most important parks in Italy. The park is characterized by a predominantly mountainous environment, with beech forests alternating with broad pastures where numerous rare species of animals such as the wolf and the Abruzzo chamois, reptiles, amphibians and fish, and species of flora such as the Marsicaaggiolo and the Scarpetta di Venere.

The National Park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise offers visitors unique experiences all year round, where the colours of nature change in every season. There are numerous excursions and walks organized by the Park Authority, in which professional guides will take you to discover the various natural landscapes, choosing between routes by bike, on foot, or guided tours with horses, which allow you to admire the different panoramic points.
