FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions Club Le Nazioni

Is there a tourist tax?

As per current municipal rules, the tourist tax is € 1.00 per day per person, applicable only to the first 7 days of stay.
The tax is not applied to guests under the age of 14 or over the age of 70. Also excluded are disabled people who benefit from the Law 104 and sick people who have to make medical examinations at health care facilities.

Is parking included in the price?

Parking is included but you are not automatically allocated a space. The hotel has two uncovered, fenced, free, unattended parking lots; it also has a covered garage, for a fee. The two free parking lots, in the fenced areas of the hotel property, can hold almost all of our guests' cars. On Saturdays and Sundays, in high season, it may be difficult to find a parking space.

Are the entertainment activities for all ages?

Our entertainment activities involve all age groups, the main activities are:
morning warm-up on the beach, water aerobics classes on the beach and in the pool, cocktail game on the beach and coffee game in the hotel, sports and games tournaments on the beach and at the pool, group dance at the beach and pool, mini-club both in the morning and afternoon, baby dance in the early evening, cabaret, group games, karaoke and shows in the evening.

What does the Miniclub provide?

Mini Club is for all children from 5 to 12 years old. For children from 3 to 4 years old, should they wish to take part in the activities, the presence of a parent is mandatory.
The Mini Club hours are:
  • Morning: from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the beach
  • Afternoon: from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the pool area
Activities planned are: children's games, preparation of small musicals. In case of bad weather, they watch cartoons or draw. Free snack every afternoon (usually snack with fruit juice and sometimes ice cream). Moreover, baby dance in the early evening and shows.

Is the Club Card mandatory?

The Club Card is mandatory for all our guests from 5 years of age, at a cost of €5 per person per day with a maximum amount of €35 for the entire stay.

What does the Club Card include?

The Club Card includes: air conditioning in hotel and in your room, beach service with one beach umbrella and two deck chairs per room, use of the swimming pool and outdoor hot tub, entertainment for adults and children with participation in games and tournaments, use of bicycles and the gym, free WiFi in the hotel, aparthotel, swimming pool and beach.

When booking an apartment at the aparthotel on a bed-only basis, what services are included?

All services included in the Club Card.

How is the beach organized?

Our private beach, which our Karim has been passionately taking care of for over 25 years, is just 75 meters from our hotel and is reserved only for our guests. You will get one beach umbrella and two deck chairs per room. On the beach you will find: beach changing rooms, bathrooms and beach hut to store children's games.
It is not possible to choose your spot on the beach, it will be assigned upon arrival by the beach attendant. We do not guarantee that an order will be followed, we take into consideration the requests that will be reported to the beach attendant.

Are sunbeds at the pool included in the price?

Sunbeds and deck chairs are available to our guests subject to availability. They cannot be reserved.

What does the restaurant service include?

The dining room at Club Hotel Le Nazioni welcomes you to an environment that is a haven of peace and relaxation: spacious, bright, air-conditioned, soundproof and with a wonderful front view of our blue sea. Here, you can enjoy tasty and healthy meat and seafood menus choosing from 3 first courses and 3 second courses (in June and September, 2 first courses and 2 second courses), complemented at lunch by a buffet of salads and in the evening by a buffet of side dishes and appetizers. Water, wine and soft drinks from dispensers are included with meals.

Is there a menu for people with celiac disease or food intolerances?

We welcome people with celiac disease with a specific service and special products. We ask a small additional fee of €9 for full board and €5 for half board.
For other types of food intolerances, simply mention it at the time of booking and we will immediately inform the kitchen.

Is there a baby food area?

Parents with young children can take advantage of a designated area in the dining room, where you can find vegetable broths, vegetable purees, ready-made small pasta, etc.; we do not provide homogenized food. The baby food area is available during the opening hours of our restaurant.

Is the deposit refundable?

The amounts to be paid for the deposit are: € 250 June/September; € 350 July; € 450 August. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refundable only if we are notified of the cancellation of the reservation within 40 days prior to your arrival date. In case the cancellation will be communicated within 10 days prior to the arrival date, we will retain the deposit for stays by the end of the current season.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed only in the Standard rooms and in the Aparthotel (additional fee 6€ per day). They cannot have access to the dining room. For access to the beach, we refer to the regulations/ordinance issued annually by the Port Authority, in May or June. In recent years, dogs have always been allowed on the beach if kept on a leash under the beach umbrellas in the last few rows. They have never been allowed in the water.

How does the laundry service work?

We do not have an internal laundry service, but we rely on an external laundry.
Simply leave the bag with the clothes to be washed at the front desk and then pick it up with the washed clothes. Usually the clothes are ready in 24/48h. The service is subject to a fee.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

We guarantee that rooms will be available from 2:00 p.m. (rooms are usually assigned during the morning). If you decide to arrive in the morning, you can use the hotel facilities (pool, beach, bar, etc.) while you wait for your room to be available.
Check-out by 9:30 a.m.

Is there a shuttle service for people arriving by train or plane?

Yes, there is a transfer service to and from the Pescara airport and train station. The service is free of charge from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Contact the front desk for info and reservations.

Is Club Hotel Le Nazioni close to the town center?

Montesilvano has no real town center. However, during summer evenings and about 1km from the hotel, you can find street markets, ice cream parlors, and rides. About 2km from the hotel is a large amusement park and an indoor shopping center.
There is a municipal playground 100m from the hotel, which is usually open in the evening.
Alternatively, you can reach the center of Pescara about 5 km from the hotel by riding along a convenient bicycle path by the sea.

Are organized excursions available?

It is possible to take part in various excursions with departure from the hotel in collaboration with the "Il Bosso" agency. It is possible to reach on your own the Tremiti Islands, Scanno, Sulmona, Guardiagrele, Ortona, the Trabocchi Coast, Santo Stefano di Sessanio.
